Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel their appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows (without a call or notice) will be charged 100% of the service total. If an appointment is canceled within the 24-hour window more than twice, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
